Chinese Egg and Wakame Seaweed Soup

This is a simple soup seasoned with Chinese soup stock. It's a classic soup made with egg and wakame seaweed. The aroma of the sesame oil is wonderful.


Wakame (a type of edible seaweed)
As much as you need
1000 ml
● Weipa
A little less than 2 tablespoons
● Salt
1/3 teaspoon
● Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
● Pepper
a small amount


1. Put all the ingredients marked with ● in a saucepan.
2. Once the mixture is boiling, pour in beaten eggs in a thin stream (not all at once).
3. Add wakame seaweed.
4. It's finished! Add minced thin spring onions, if you like. Sesame seeds are also delicious with the soup.
