One-Pot Simple Custard Cream

One-Pot Simple Custard Cream

I can't eat enough of this custard cream. It's so light and creamy.

Ingredients: about 10 cream puffs (about 20)

■Cake flour
1 tablespoon (2 tablespoons)
1 1/2 tablespoons (3 tablespoons)
60 g (120 g)
300 g (600 g)
●L size eggs
2 (4)
15 g (30 g)
Vanilla beans (extract also OK)
1/4th (1/2)
1/2 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)


1. Add the ■ cake flour and cornstarch to a pot and heat. Use a whisk to mix in a circular motion (about 20 seconds).
2. Add all of the ● ingredients to the pot and mix until the sides of the pot begin to bubble.
3. If it looks like this remove from the heat, allow to cool, then add the brandy and it's complete. Please be sure to cool in the refrigerator.
4. In the pictures, I used the double amounts (for 20).
