Easy and Simple Chicken Sukiyaki

This sukiyaki is made with chicken, not beef. It's a lighter taste than the one with beef.

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Chicken thigh

☆Chinese cabbage
1/4~1/8
☆Green onion or scallion

Shiitake mushrooms

Enoki mushrooms
1/2 package
Tofu
1/2 block
Shirataki noodles
1 package
●Sake
200 ml
●Soy sauce
80~100 ml
●Mirin
30 ml
●Sugar
1 tablespoon
At the end of sukiyaki
Udon noodles
1 pack

Steps

1. Cut the chicken, vegetables and tofu into bite size pieces. Cut the shirataki noodles into easy to eat lengths and parboil them.
2. Combine the ●seasonings in a pot and bring to a boil and add the chicken. When the chicken changes color, add the ☆ vegetables.
3. When the vegetables are slightly cooked, push them a little to the side, and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.
4. When everything is cooked through, it's done! If you add udon noodles at the end, it will be delicious.
