Chilled Tofu with Spicy Toppings

Enjoy a chilled tofu dish with curry-flavored seasoning! Add a sprinkling of nuts for extra crunch and texture.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Tofu (silken recommended)
1 small block (120 to 150 g)
Myoga ginger

Shiso leaves

Ginger
2 to 3 thin slices
Walnuts, almonds or other nuts (omit if you don't have any)
3 to 4
Cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon
Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon
Honey
1/2 teaspoon
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 teaspoons
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Tomato (omit if you don't have any)
for garnish, to taste

Steps

1. Finely julienne the myoga ginger, shiso leaves, and ginger. Roast the nuts and chop finely.
2. Mix the seasoning ingredients in listed order: the cumin powder, curry powder, honey, mentsuyu and olive oil - the oil goes in last!
3. Mix Step 1 and 2 together.
4. Put the tofu on a serving plate, garnish with tomatoes if you like, top with the mixture from Step 3, and it's done.
