Inari sushi with a Twist - Pickled Ginger Inari

I mixed pickled ginger ("gari") into the inari sushi rice. This one is for those who love gari!

Ingredients: 5 rolls

Inari aburaage
5 pieces
Sushi rice
150-200 g
Pickled ginger
20 g
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix the pickled ginger and sesame seeds into the sushi rice, then stuff the inari abura-age.
2. I used the pickled ginger that comes with take-out sushi.
