Potato Salad with Fried Onions

Instead of onions, I used fried onions. Sweet and aromatic onions and corn are perfect for potato salad!

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 medium
about 2 tablespoons
a small amount

Fried onions
about 2 tablespoons
Corn kernels
about 2 tablespoons
a small amount


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wrap the potatoes with a plastic wrap and microwave. ※ At 500 W microwave for about 5 minutes. Flip over and cook another 3 minutes or so.
3. Remove the plastic wrap and cool. Peel off the skin. Put them in a plastic bag.
4. Knead the potatoes with the plastic bag until it reaches your desired doneness. Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper and knead some more!
5. Add the fried onions and corn and knead again! Adjust the seasoning (add more mayonnaise, salt and pepper if necessary). Done!!!
