Curry Flavored Chicken and Bell Pepper Stir-fry

Apart from bell peppers, you can also use any leftover vegetables in the refrigerator to make this tasty dish.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Chicken thighs
Approximately 500 g
Onions (sliced)
1/4
Japanese curry roux (whatever you prefer)
1 block
Bell pepper
4-5
Soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons
Water
2-3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Dice the chicken thighs, and grate the curry roux block.
2. Add Step 1 and the sliced onions in a plastic bag, and rub together thoroughly. Leave for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Brown the chicken in a frying pan, and add water and soy sauce. Toss well.
4. Once the water dissolves from Step 3, add the bell peppers and saute until softened.
