No Need for Chocolate! Cocoa Chocolate Mousse

No Need for Chocolate! Cocoa Chocolate Mousse

You want to make a chocolate mousse, but melting the chocolate is a real pain. So use cocoa powder to make the cream.

Ingredients: 1 pack of heavy cream worth

Heavy cream
200 ml
Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons

1. Put the heavy cream in a bowl and add the sugar.
2. Put the cocoa powder through a tea strainer to sift and add (if you don't, you'll have lumps).
3. Immerse the bowl in ice water and mix slowly at first (if you mix on high, the cocoa powder will go flying about).
4. Once you've fully blended the cocoa powder, whip to your desired stiffness (whip until it's still slightly loose, and beat again just before use).
5. And here's a chocolate banana carp cake. Recipe ID: 1426948
