Easy Sweet Summer Orange Jelly in the Microwave

Easy Sweet Summer Orange Jelly in the Microwave

This is an easy jelly you can make in the microwave!

Ingredients: 2 sweet summer oranges' worth

Sweet summer oranges
2 (just the insides, about 470 g)
100 g (to taste)
Hot water
200-300 ml
Powdered gelatin
10 g

1. Peel the oranges and remove the membranes, tearing the slices into thirds.
2. Put the oranges into a heatproof dish, lightly mix in the sugar, and heat uncovered in the microwave at 600 W for 10 minutes. Mix midway through heating.
3. Add 300 ml of water to the heated oranges, add the powdered gelatin, and mix well. Once it has cooled, divide into small jars.
4. Once it is no longer warm to the touch, place in the refrigerator to chill and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

At first, I thought I would make some sweet summer orange jam, but I thought that jelly would also taste good, so I made that instead.
