This vinegar keeps for good while, so it's great to have stored in the fridge for those spur-of-the-moment sushi parties.

Ingredients

Vinegar
500 ml
Sugar
340 g
Umami seasoning
9 g
Salt
85 g

Steps

1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and heat until the salt and sugar have dissolved and mixed into the vinegar.
2. Let cool, then transfer into a container. Keep chilled in the refrigerator for storage.
