For Busy Days! Stir Fried Pork with Curry and Soy Sauce

The curry flavor gives you energy! Try this recipe when you're busy or just don't want to think of what to make for dinner. Serve with lettuce.

Ingredients

Thinly sliced pork (loin, belly, etc.)
300 g
*Salt and pepper
a small amount
*Soy sauce
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons
*Sake
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons
*Curry powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon
*Vegetable oil (to mix in)
1/2 to 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil (for cooking)
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces. Put into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce, sake, and curry powder, and rub the seasonings into the meat thoroughly.
2. Mix vegetable oil with the pork just before stir frying. This way, the pork pieces will separate easily.
3. Heat a pan with more vegetable oil, and stir fry the pork quickly.
