Chinese-style Chicken and Cucumber Salad

Microwave chicken thighs and mix with cucumber sticks. A crunchy and juicy side dish!


Chicken thighs
1 (250 g)
1 heaped tablespoon
Salt and pepper
A pinch
● Soy sauce
2 to 3 teaspoons
● Vinegar
1 tablespoon
● Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
● White sesame seeds
To taste


1. Cut the cucumber into thin long pieces. Sprinkle with salt, leave for 15 minutes then wash and drain.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with sake, salt and pepper and steam or microwave to cook. When it has cooled, cut it into thin long pieces in the same way you just cut the cucumber.
3. Mix the chicken and the cucumber.
4. Toss with the ● seasonings (add sesame oil last).
5. Done.
