Cauliflower with Mayonnaise

It goes well with wine. It is also good for lunch boxes.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 Servings

1/2 bunch (about 200 g)
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 to 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
a small amount
White flour
1 tablespoon or less


1. Shred the cauliflower into small bunches. Boil quickly.
2. Season with salt, put into a plastic bag. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of white flour.
3. Mix all the ★ ingredients in advance.
4. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir fry the cauliflower. Shake the pan to coat well with the oil.
5. As the cauliflower is already cooked, do not cook too much. When it's crispy on the outside, it's done.
6. Pour on the sauce. Turn the heat off and shake the pan to coat the cauliflower.
7. When mixed thoroughly enough, serve to a plate quickly. It burns easily so be careful.

I wanted to eat the cauliflower just like that classic dish of shrimp with mayo.
