Easy Shiitake Mushrooms with Mayonnaise Baked in the Toaster Oven

Ingredients: 4 shiitake mushrooms worth

Shiitake mushrooms

● Mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons
● Sesame seeds
About 1 tablespoon
● Mustard (optional)
About 1 to 2 teaspoons
Panko and cheese
To taste

Steps

1. Cut off the mushroom stems using kitchen scissors. Cut off the hard root ends and chop up the rest of the stems finely.
2. Mix the chopped stems and the ● ingredients together.
3. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture from Step 2, and sprinkle with panko and/or cheese to taste.
4. Cook in an oven until lightly browned, and they're done. In our oven it takes about 7 minutes.
