Make it with Rice Flour!  Soft and Bouncy Matcha Steam Buns

For kids snacks!
Perfect as a tea snack

Ingredients: 6 x 7 cm muffin cups

Rice flour
100 g
Sugar
50 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Matcha
1 teaspoon
Egg
1
Milk
80 ml
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Combine the rice flour, baking powder, and matcha.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar. Add the milk and vegetable oil and keep mixing.
3. Sift the dry ingredients from Step 1 and add it into Step 2 mixture.
4. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes.
