Rice Ball with Plum and Hijiki Seaweed

I added the various kinds of seaweed I had in my pantry. It turned out great.

Ingredients: 2 rice balls

Plain cooked rice
150-160g
● Hijiki seaweed (dried)
1 teaspoon
● Mentsuyu
1 teaspoon
Shio-kombu
3-4g
Umeboshi
1
Toasted nori seaweed
1/2 sheet

Steps

1. Rehydrate the hijiki and drain well. Mix with the noodle sauce and microwave at 500w for 30 seconds.
2. Add the hijiki mixture, shio-konbu and the plum (shredded with the stone removed) to the rice and mix. Then wrap the balls with nori.
