Quick Seasoned Cabbage Leaves

This is an easy recipe with just cabbage. If you tend to overeat, this might be a healthy way of filling up your stomach before a meal.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for as long as you like to let the flavors mellow out.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

★ Cabbage
as much as you like
★ Seasoned salt and pepper
to taste
★ Sesame oil
to taste
★ White sesame seeds
to taste


1. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the cabbage in a plastic bag.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
4. Shake up the bag.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for as long as desired.
6. With a touch of sesame oil, the flavors come together and the cabbage turns nice and glossy.
7. Sprinkle on sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
