Easy Pan-Fried Salmon in Olive Oil

Ingredients: 2 servings

Raw salmon
2 filets
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
1 clove
Red chili pepper
1/2 ~ 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon


1. Sprinkle both sides of the salmon filet with salt and pepper.
2. Add olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper in a pan, and turn the heat to low. When fragrant, turn the heat up to medium-low. Add the salmon, and pan-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Turn the salmon over, turn down the heat to low, and cook for 3 more minutes. When cooked 90% through, it's done.

I like pan-frying and steaming for salmon. I cooked it with olive oil today.
