[Farmhouse Recipe] Addictive Spring Cabbage

It's simply seasoned, yet so addictive. Spring cabbage has to be served this way.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spring cabbage
300 g
Salt
1 teaspoon
[A]
Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Chop the cabbage roughly. Add 1 teaspoon salt in enough water and soak for 10 minutes. Remove the cabbage from the salt water and squeeze the water out.
2. Add the combined seasoning marked [A] to the cabbage in Step 1. Mix thoroughly and it's done!
