Cocoa and Chocolate Scones with Pancake Mix

Pancake mix makes these easy to whip up in no time.

Ingredients: 8 scones

Pancake mix
200 g
50 g
60 ml
2 tablespoons
White chocolate
1 bar


1. Break the chocolate up roughly into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the pancake mix and the cocoa into a bowl.
3. Mix the ingredients well with a whisk.
4. When the butter has softened, mix it in well.
5. Add the milk and chocolate and combine it all together. If the dough doesn't come together, try adding a bit more milk.
6. Finally, bring it together by hand.
7. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Cut it into 8 pieces.
9. Line them up evenly with enough space in between. Bake for 25 minutes in a 340°F/170°C oven.
10. All done.
11. You can make a lot and freeze them. Microwave them for 30 seconds (at 600w) to defrost.
