Crisp, Sweet, Salty & Delicious ★ Chicken Wings

Chicken wings
★Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
★Garlic, grated
2 cloves (roughly 5 cm from the tubed, ready-to-use type)
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon


1. Grill the chicken wings (or use a toaster oven) for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
2. While they are cooking, combine the ★ ingredients.
3. Heat a little vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken wings for 1-2 minutes, skin side down.
4. Pour in the Step 2 mixture. It will sizzle and give off a delicious aroma♡
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry thoroughly until the sauce evaporates. Be careful not to burn the seeds.
6. Arrange on a plate and it's done!

My husband wanted to eat crispy grilled chicken wings that were similar to the Nagoya Cochin type, so I made this while trying to recall how it tastes ♫
