Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl, and sift. Chop the raisins.
Add the ☆ ingredients into the Step 1 bowl, and fold them in. Add the raisins and mix. Pour into the pan, and smooth out the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 180℃. Insert a bamboo skewer to test the cake, and if it comes out clean, it's done.
When cooled, remove from the pan, and cut into portions of your desired size.

I tried making this with the ingredients on hand.
I used 100% pure apple juice and plain cocoa powder. You can bake this in a pound cake pan or a muffin pan. It's delicious when it's freshly baked, but just as enjoyable after it's cooled, or chilled in the fridge.
