Stir Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts

I stir fried chicken, cashew nuts and vegetables and tossed the ingredients seasoned with oyster sauce and sweet-sour flavorings.

1. Cut the chicken into 2 cm square pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the onion and bell peppers into 2 cm square pieces. Thinly slice the carrot and cut the slices into 2 cm pieces.
3. Mix all the ingredients marked with ★ together - oyster sauce, sugar, sake, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken stock granules, katakuriko, sesame oil and water.

Story Behind this Recipe

I always order chicken and cashew nuts when I got to a Chinese restaurant, so I tried making it at home.
