Curried stir-fried potatoes and green peas. It's based off an Indian recipe. This dish is good with drinks, or even in bento.
This is basically the filling for Indian samosas.I make this dish when making samosas is too much trouble.
For the green peas, I use frozen ones straight from the freezer but if you are using canned green peas or boiled split peas, skip Step 3 and stir fry with the potatoes in Step 4.
