Spring Colored Tamagoyaki with Sakura Denbu

Use sakura denbu (pink-colored sweetened fish flakes) instead of sugar to make subtly sweet tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) redolent with the wonderful aroma of aonori green nori seaweed powder.

Ingredients

Eggs

Sakura denbu
2 to 3 teaspoons
Aonori
2 teaspoons
Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix everything together well, and make a tamagoyaki! Done.
