Tricks to Cooking a Delicious & Tender Steak

This recipe will teach you how to cook a steak that is aromatic on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

Salt and pepper
to taste
Beef tallow (or vegetable oil, butter)
as needed
Your choice of sauce
as needed


1. Take the meat out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking and pound it to tenderize.
2. Use your hands to re-shape the meat back into it's original thickness and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a pan that is hot enough to cause the beef fat to smoke, cook one side of the meat on a strong heat until browned.
4. Flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute. Then flip over again and cook for another 1 minute to finish. Pour over your choice of sauce and serve.
