Koeda (Twig) Chocolate Sticks Decorations Using Two Ingredients

With only two ingredients, you can make Koeda (Twig) Style Chocolate Sticks. Use them for cake decorating, or eat them as is.

Ingredients: Makes about 14

Chocolate
20 g
Almond slices
15 g

Steps

1. Microwave the chocolate in ten second increments until it melts.
2. Add the almonds and mix with a spoon.
3. Using a spoon, spread the chocolate onto a sheet of parchment paper into sticks and chill in the refrigerator.
4. They're done.
5. Use it as decoration on a roll cake (See Recipe ID: 1412182).
