Completely Handmade Lasagna

This is handmade down to the pasta, but it's simpler than I thought it'd be.
This is something you can make and set aside for later, so this is a really convenient large dish.

Ingredients: Serves 4 (535 kcal per serving)

Meat Sauce

Cheese Cream

Handmade Pasta
Recipe ID: 1410823 (use half)
Pizza cheese
60 g


1. Roll out the pasta to a thickness of 4 mm, and cut into 5 cm squares.
2. Boil for 5 minutes in plenty of hot water.
3. Layer in the order of cheese cream -> pasta -> meat sauce -> pasta. For the final step layer cheese cream, then the meat sauce, and then top with the pizza cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 30 minutes and it's complete.

I love lasagna, but lasagna pasta sheets aren't sold anywhere nearby, so I tried making it myself.
