Homemade Pasta

If you have a food processor and a pasta machine, this is simpler to make than going to buy it.
Of course, even if you don't have those things, it's alright!

Ingredients: 4 servings (1 serving is 325 calories)

Bread (strong) flour
100 g
Cake flour
200 g
150 g (the amount when mixed with the eggs)
3 g
Olive oil
12 g (1 tablespoon)


1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or bread maker. Knead the ingredients together.
2. Once the kneading is finished, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 3 portions. Repeat the following steps three times: [Flatten, fold into thirds, flatten again]. Then, cut the pasta into desired shapes and it's finished.
