Yakitori with My Family's Yummy Sauce

Make homemade sauce without relying on store-bought yakitori sauce with love I highly recommend this for people who love eating yakitori with sauce.

Ingredients: about 6 skewers of chicken and leek

Chicken thigh

Japanese leek

※Soy sauce
70 ml

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and cut the Japanese leek into 2 cm pieces. Alternately skewer the chicken and Japanese leek. Use 3 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of Japanese leek.
2. Add the ※ ingredients in a small pot, and turn on the heat to medium. When it starts to boil, mix with a spatula so that it won't burn, and simmer until thickened.
