[Farmhouse Recipe] Broccolini and Enoki Mushrooms with Egg

1. Chop off the root end of the enoki mushrooms, then slice in half lengthwise. Parboil the broccolini in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute with a pinch of salt, chill in cold water, then cut in half.
