Rice Flour Mitarashi Dango

Whip up the sauce in the microwave. All you have to do is roll the dough into balls and boil.

Ingredients: 15 dumpings

Rice flour
100 g
Lukewarm water
100-120 ml
☆ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
☆ Sugar
3-4 tablespoons
☆ Mirin
1 tablespoon
☆ Water
100 ml
☆ Katakuriko
1 tablespoon

1. Put the rice flour into a bowl with the lukewarm water and knead into a ball.
2. Note: Start with 100 ml lukewarm water, and if it's not enough to bring the flour together, then gradually add a little more.
3. Boil for 3 minutes in plenty of hot water.
4. Prepare the sauce while boiling the dumplings: Combine all of the ☆ ingredients in a heat-resistant dish, then microwave for 1 minute at 500 W. Lightly stir, then microwave for 1 more minute. Once it's finished, thoroughly mix until evenly incorporated.
5. Note: For those who prefer a sweeter taste, use 4 tablespoons of sugar.
6. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, then serve.
