Boiled Egg & Chicken Tenders Curry Salad

Boiled Egg & Chicken Tenders Curry Salad

Everyone loves curry-flavored salad. I've never had anyone pass on this. The key is a very coarse boiled egg.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast tenders
5 tablespoons
Curry powder
1 tablespoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
a lot
a small amount

1. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Steam with water and sake if available (not listed). Make a boiled egg. Slice the onion.
2. Put the boiled egg in a bowl and use a fork to roughly smash. Add the drained sliced onion, and hand shredded chicken tenders.
3. Add the flavoring ingredients to the bowl from Step 2, mix, and it's done. If you've wrung the onions properly you can make this and set it aside for later use.
4. A comparison - mix before eating and the onions will be crisp. Make and set aside for later and they'll be moist. Either way, it wasn't too watery.
5. You can use any type of curry powder.
6. Chicken tender and cucumber sesame salad. Recipe ID: 1377439
7. "Gen Mama" add pasta to transform this into a pasta salad! Mixing curry and mayonnaise together looks really delicious!
8. "Ryosei" made a version with avocado. I love avocado. Give it a try!
