Packed with Vegetables! Asparagus and Vegetable Pork Rolls

This one is for veggie-haters! You can eat lots of vegetables without effort. This colorful and pretty dish is very filling too. The flavoring ratio is simple - you just need equal amounts of everything!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork loin sliced thinly
About 180g (7-8 slices)
1 bunch (4-5 sticks)
1 small
◎Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
for frying


1. Cut the carrots and asparagus to the same length, microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
2. Evenly coat the thinly sliced meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Roll up the vegetables while tugging the meat a bit, and secure with toothpicks.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan, and cook until golden brown while shaking the pan back and forth.
5. Pour in the mixed ◎ ingredients around the edge of pan, roll the meat back and forth to coat in the sauce, cover with a lid, and steam cook over medium heat.
6. Roll the meat over halfway through, and it is done once it is coated in the sauce! Remove the toothpicks, cut into easy-to-eat portion sizes, and enjoy.
