Bean Sprouts and Nori Seaweed Salad With Sweet Vinegar Garlic Sauce

Just pop the sprouts in the microwave and toss with sweet vinegar garlic sauce and nori. A great way to eat a mound of bean sprouts.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1 packet (200 to 250 g)
Korean dried nori seaweed (or flavored nori)
10 pieces
● Garlic (finely grated)
1 clove
● Ponzu
2 tablespoons
● Sugar
1 tablespoon
● Salt
a pinch

Steps

1. Wash the bean sprouts, place in a heat-proof dish, wrap in saran wrap, and cook in a microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes. Drain the excess liquid after it cools slightly.
2. Add the ● ingredients to the bean sprouts and toss. Add salt to taste.
3. Add finely torn Korean dried nori to Step 2, lightly toss, and transfer to serving dish. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
