Butter Sauteed Scallops

The juice that comes out of scallops is so delicious.

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Scallops
about 15
Asparagus
4 sticks
Butter
10 g
Sake
1-2 teaspoons
Salt
to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the asparagus into easy-to-eat pieces and briefly parboil in salted water.
2. Heat up a frying pan and sauté the butter and scallops. When they have lightly cooked, add the asparagus.
3. Add the sake, salt, and pepper, stir-fry, and you're done.
