Dairy-Free Strawberry Cookies

Dairy-Free Strawberry Cookies

These slightly pink cookies are very spring-like. I added my daughter's favorite strawberries to dairy-free cookies and they came out so cute.

Ingredients: 20 cookies

Vegetable oil
35 g
30 g
Strawberries (hulled and finely chopped)
40 g
☆Cake flour
100 g
☆Almond powder
20 g
20 g
☆Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon

1. Put the ☆ ingredients into a bowl and use a spoon to stir around and around to get rid of lumps.
2. Place the vegetable oil, sugar, and minced strawberries into a separate bowl and mix well.
3. Add the powdered ingredients from Step 1 to Step 2 and use a spoon to mix well.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from the fridge and roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut out shapes and bake in a preheated 180℃ oven for about 14 minutes.

Story Behind this Recipe

My youngest strawberry loving daughter has egg and dairy allergies.
So I added strawberries to her favorite cookies! They are cute and popular with the kids.
