You can make an easy and delicious pizza crust from rice flour!
It takes a surprisingly short amount of time to make.

4. After kneading, form the dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

6. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C. Adjust the thickness of the crust to suit your taste.

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought up this recipe because I wanted to make a pizza that my daughter, who is allergic to flour, could eat. The outside of the crust is crispy. The center is slightly chewy due to the rice flour.
