Microwaved Broccoli with Ume and Garlic

Microwaved Broccoli with Ume and Garlic

I tossed microwaved broccoli with garlic and umeboshi. It's a simple taste that goes well with a variety of dishes.

Ingredients: An easy-to-make amount

1 bunch
"A" Umeboshi (not salty)
2 large
"A" Mirin
1 tablespoon
"A" Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
"A" Sesame oil
1/3 tablespoon
"A" Garlic (grated)
1 piece
"A" Salt
to taste

1. Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the stem skin and cut them into rectangles. Add 3 tablespoons of water and steam for 5 minutes in a microwave (600W).
2. Steam for 5 minutes. During that time, combine the "A" ingredients. The umeboshi can be mashed roughly with chopsticks, then mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Drain the broccoli and mix with the combined "A" ingredients, then it's done.
