Easy ☆ Bread Crust Rusks ☆

No need to preheat the oven, just bake for 20 minutes. They are easy ♪ and make perfect snack for kids.

Bread crusts
1 slice of a 6 slice loaf worth
15 g
5 g
Granulated sugar
as needed

1. Prepare the bread crusts. I used the crusts leftover from when I made ham rolls for my kids, so the thickness was a third of a 6 slice loaf slice.
2. Measure 15 g of margarine in a heatproof bowl. An approximate amount is fine.
3. Add 5 g of sugar. This might not seem like much, but you will coat the rusks with granulated sugar later, so I think it's just the right amount. But you can add as much as you like.
4. Microwave the butter for 20 seconds so it melts. Put all the crusts in the melted butter.
5. Stir the sunken sugar a little, and coat the crusts evenly in the butter. Spread out on a baking tray.
6. Sprinkle granulated sugar.
7. Bake in the oven at 150°C (no need to preheat) for 20 minutes, and they're done.
