Chicken Ramen

Chicken ramen turns into tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. It already is flavored, so this dish is very easy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken ramen noodles
2 packages
Water
600 ml (add more if the taste is too strong)
Milk
200 ml
Miso
1 ~ 2 tablespoons (to your liking)
Ginger
to taste
Toppings
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Egg

Steps

1. Add water and milk to a pot and heat. When the pot starts to boil, add miso paste and dissolve. Add grated ginger as well!
2. Add chicken ramen noodles to the pot from step 1, and loosen the noodles. Cook to your preferred hardness. (I cooked for 1 minute.)
3. Add toppings to finish. If you find the flavor is too strong, add more hot water.
