Japanese-style Salad Dressing (for my daughter Mii-chan)

You can make this with ingredients you have on hand. Shake the jar well before pouring the dressing over salads.

Ingredients: An easy to make amount. Total calories - 524 kcal

Soy sauce

Coarsely ground pepper (and spices of your choice)

1. Put all the ingredients in a container with a lid, and shake well! I like using mixed steak spices.
2. The dressing is delicious poured over cubed tomatoes. It's also good on salmon sashimi in a carpaccio style.

Story Behind this Recipe

When my daughter was small, she would only eat raw vegetables with this dressing. It's also good on warmed cooked vegetables!
