Miso Soup with Shredded Cabbage

Make this soup with leftover shredded cabbage Enjoy the texture and sweet flavor from cabbage.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shredded cabbage
as much as you like
400 ml
Dashi stock powder
A bit less than 1 teaspoon
To taste


1. Bring water and dashi stock powder to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the miso.
2. Add shredded cabbage and simmer for a little while. Sprinkle with ichimi spice if you like.

I often buy a bag of shredded cabbage, but there is too much. So I used some for miso soup.
