Ginger Chicken Breast

Packed with a lot of ginger to boost your energy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast meat
1/2 of an onion
★ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
★ Vinegar
2 tablespoons
★ Grated ginger
2 teaspoons
★ Cooking sake
1 tablespoon
★ Sugar
1 tablespoon
★ Mirin
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a pinch of each
Plain flour
1 tablespoon


1. Slice chicken diagonally and coat both side with flour, salt and peppers.
2. Cut onion into 1 cm wedges.
3. Mix the ★ together.
4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken from the skin side first.
5. When one side gets browned, flip it over and add onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Pour in the ★ sauce and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
7. Serve with finely shredded cabbage!
