Nori-Wasabi & Mayonnaise Toast

This is a collaboration between Japan and Western-styles! The rich taste of the mayonnaise with the fragrance of the nori-wasabi is irresistible. Serve for breakfast.


Sliced bread
1 slice
1 tablespoon
Sliced cheese
1 slice
3-4 cm, tubed (paste)
Nori seaweed
to taste


1. Combine the wasabi and the mayonnaise. Shred the nori into small pieces using scissors. (If that's too much work, just use your hands).
2. Spread the wasabi-mayo mixture on the bread. Sprinkle on the shredded nori and top with sliced cheese.
3. Toast in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes and then it's done.
