Oil-free, Easy and Delicious Chapati!

Combine cake flour, bread flour, and water in a 1:1:1 ratio. Mix it up, make balls, roll them out and fry in a pan. Enjoy with Indian curry.

Ingredients: 2 servings (four 20 cm pieces)

Whole wheat flour (or cake flour)
100 g
Bread (strong) flour
100 g
100 ml
a pinch

1. Put the flours and salt in a bowl. Add the water a little bit at a time, mixing it in with your hands. Knead it into a dough.
2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
3. Dust with whole wheat flour and roll the dough into circles, 20 cm in diameter.
4. Cook both sides in an ungreased frying pan, pressing down the edges with a dry cloth.
5. They're cooked when they're a bit puffy, and both sides are brown.
6. Note: When bubbles appear while cooking, push it down flat with a towel.
