Crispy Black Tea Cookies

My family and friends really loved these easy cookies.


60 g
50 g
Egg yolk
☆ Cake flour
130 g
☆ Black tea leaves
1 teabag (5 g)


1. Bring the butter to room temperature to soften.
2. Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture turns pale.
3. Add the egg yolk, and mix some more.
4. Fold in the ingredients marked ☆. Bring the dough together.
5. Wrap the dough and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm.
7. Cut the dough into shapes of your choice. Bake for 17 - 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃, and they're done.
