Comforting Enoki Mushrooms and Surimi Salad

It's a delicious dish blended well with the flavor of surimi, thickness of enoki, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Enoki mushrooms
1 large bag
Imitation crab meat sticks
5 to 6
● Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons
● Grated wasabi from a tube
4 to 5 cm
● Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
2 teaspoons
●Thin scallion, sliced into small rounds (optional)
A small amount


1. Cut away the hard bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, wash with running water, and cut into halves.
2. Put in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and put in a bowl.
3. Add the crab sticks cut in half and ● ingredients to enoki mushrooms. Mix together well and you're done.
4. Tip: It's better to mix wasabi and mayonnaise well before mixing with all the ingredients.
