Stir-fried Pork, Cabbage, and Shirataki Noodles

Stir-fried Pork, Cabbage, and Shirataki Noodles

After stir-frying and seasoning with salt, drizzle with mustard and soy sauce. This is a light stir-fry dish.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly
150 g
Cabbage leaves
Shirataki noodles
1 portion
Japanese leek
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Japanese mustard
1 teaspoon

1. Cut the pork and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Diagonally chop the Japanese leek into thin slices. Boil the shirataki noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the pork and Japanese leek. Once they are cooked, add the cabbage, shirataki noodles, sake, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking.
3. Once the cabbage becomes tender, turn off the heat. Combine the Japanese mustard and soy sauce, drizzle on top, then serve!

Story Behind this Recipe

I added shirataki noodles to my usual pork and cabbage stir-fry to make the dish heartier.
