Onion and Tuna Salad

This is a healthy onion salad. The crunchy crispy texture of the chopped onion is nice. We have this salad on bread as well.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Canned tuna
1 can
3 tablespoons
Grainy mustard
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon


1. Dice the onion into larger pieces, and soak in a bowl of cold water to get rid of the harshness for about 2 minutes. Drain well.
2. Drain the oil from the canned tuna and mix with the [A] ingredients and Step 1. Eat with a spoon.
3. I serve it on top of toasted bread. It's delicious!

My family eat a lot of raw onion salad for our health, since raw onions are supposed to be good for you. Our two favorites are sliced onion salad and this tuna salad.
